Needs immediate care: Your description of your child worries me. At that age, he may have inhaled a foreign body into his lungs, he could have an infection, an asthma attack - so many possibilities. Also, are immunizations up-to-date? Concerned about whooping cough (pertussis) with this history. This should not wait the weekend - he needs to be evaluated today!
