Relapse or persistence of symptoms is generally regarded as a treatment failure or inaccuracy of the original diagnosis (i.e. viral not bacterial). Fever from Strep usually resolves in 2-3 days with antibiotics.

Yes: After tow dose of antibiotic fever could continued ,but because of mucousy cough if it continued he should be re evaluated by his doctor
