Not sure: Those symptoms should be evaluated by a dr. As it could be a sinus infection or it could be high blood pressure fluctuations causing the same symptoms. These however are just 2 guesses over the computer. Proper diagnosis and treatment is best achieved by seeing a dr., best wishes.
