Yes: A prosthodontist is a specialist in fixed and removeable prosthesis(dentures). Do your research and find one in your area. The doctor will custom fabricate one for you and will give you advice on your other treatment options. Good luck.

Fixed Denture: If the denture is a fixed one, retained by implants, you can. Find a prosthodontist to help you. He/ she will have to get in touch with your previous dentist / surgeon to find your implants brand and size. Then, the prosth. Will start the diagnostic process to replace your old dentures. Good luck!

Removal of. Bridge: It is easy to remove an old bridge or fixed denture. They usually only last for 7-15 years due to decay or cement leakage, or not looking good any longer.
