How can you fix an overbite?

Braces: Orthodontic or braces can fix and overbite. This procedure requires patience. It can be very successful. Be advised and permanent retainer will probably be bonded to the lower front teeth to prevent a recurrence of the overbite. The overbite tends to recur without the bonded retainer.

Move teeth: If teeth don't meet properly, move the teeth. If jaws don't meet properly, move the jaws. Please have a qualified orthodontic specialist examine you and give you treatment options. The one word answer, however, is "braces.".

Ortho Consultation: There are many options for correcting an overbite in an adult. They all require orthodontic treatment along with other modalities (e.g. elastics, springs, etc). I would suggest that you have an orthodontic consult.
