Surg vrs non-surg: Surgical solution: cut down teeth and cap them. Gums may also have to be reshaped. Non-surgical solution: open the bite with orthodontic appliances. May need a combination of both. Talk to both your family dentist and a qualified orthodontic specialist for advice as to what would work best for your individual case.
