A member asked:

Is it possible that a compression fracture be causing excessive loose bowel movements?

Possibly: The bowels are regulated by nerves that are connected to the spinal cord and other parts of your body. Compression fracture can possibly result in nerve damage. You should talk with your doctor this week and get an MRI and lab testing to make sure it is not caused by something else.

Probably not: Unless the compression fx is presing upon the neurologycal elements the answer is not.Check and see if some of the medicine you are taking is the culprit.
