Knee pain & aches when moving and its off they are red & hot and click when I stand up. I don't want to see a doc for them to say I'm too skinny and need some muscles on them but the pain is getting in the way and I feel as if I can move as well?
Occasional knee pain in the last few years. Last year I went to a doctor in another country and took an x-ray. He said I should go to physio to strengthen inner thigh muscles. I didn't go and now I have pain again and I am scared of x-ray. Advise me ?
