A member asked:

Could swelling of the knee and water on the knee be related to bone cancer or osteosarcoma?

Possibly: This is a very difficult question to answer in 400 characters.Certainly a tumor is one of the least common causes of swelling around the knee. That being said, if you do have a tumor close to the knee, then it is possible that you can experience what we call a reactive effusion and thus experience fluid swelling or bleeding within the knee.

Very rarely: Osteosarcoma is a very rare cancer. It is most common around the knee and usually presents as a lump . It sometimes causes fluid to collect in the knee. But vast majority of cases of knee swelling are due to injury, arthritis and other benign conditions.
