Both are terrific: It depends on your malocclusion and treatment objectives.. Too many varibles to answer yes or no on which is better. Have your local orthodontist explain the pros and cons for your specific situation.

A Perspective: They both have a place in straightening teeth. It depends upon the extent and type of the malocclusion and the preference of the dentist. Most orthodontists prefer the conventional method as they have more control. Some general dentists with training offer invisalign. I have seen both good and bad results with both methods. The key here is finding the right dentist!

Ask the expert: The answer to your question is best answered by a qualified orthodontist extensive with experience in both treatments. A doctor with little experience with invisalign might lean toward braces, yet invisalign can treat most cases, and, in some cases, in a shorter period of time than fixed braces. Seek the advice of an elite premier provider of invisalign.

Choices: Both can provide you with a beautiful smile and each have their pros and cons. Invisalign will likely cost you more and take longer, but as an adult you may prefer how it looks while you are in treatment.

Neither: Both will straighten your teeth in competent hands. Invisalign has the advantage that it is easier to clean, and less obvious. Braces have the advantage that you do not have to remember to wear them...It is automatic.

Braces: By far. Clear aligners are far less effective. And this has been documented by numerous well controlled studies. There is a place for clear aligners, but you must understand their shortcomings before investing in treatment. Please see an Orthodontic Specialist.
