Keep on trying : A custom made moth guard is more comfortable that one that you buy in a store or online. These can be adjusted. See your dentist for this. Sometimes it takes just wearing it, keeping it in your mouth, to get used to it. Determination to get used to it can be the most important thing if you have a well fitting mouth guard.

Take tme: Sometimes it may feel so bulky, but give it time and always use a custom fitted one, not one bought over the counter in drug stores.
