A member asked:

I have sinus issues. i have seen an allergist and ent. could it be that my healthy teeth are pressing on my sinuses?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe: Unlikely if teeth are healthy but tooth pain can be sinus and vice versa. Most effective for sinuses will be nasal steroid and then antihistamines and singular. If Treated and no better then ENT needs to look for nasal polyps etc and allergist allergy test. Also Acid reflux can make sinus worse. In addition sometimes migraines can be mistaken for sinus headaches etc.May also need CT of sinuses.
