No tooth pain, but excruciating right cheek pain for the past 4 days i've had a cold this past week. could it be my sinuses?

Could be: If you press up , under your cheekbone and it hurts, then yes it could be your sinuses hurting. You can also put a finger in your mouth on the cheek side up by your upper teeth and press up. That is your sinus there and if it hurts when you press up, you most likely have sinus issues going on. Pain/pressure in your sinuses can also cause your upper molars to hurt as well. Hope you feel better!

Yes, but...: Pain is a warning that there is something not good going on… if your pain is excruciating, you should really have someone look at it. Your dentist will have access to x-rays and other tests to best determine the cause and consequently the best solution for you. Set an appointment asap!

Most likely sinuses: I would start by seeing your regular doctor for evaluation and if indicated treatment for a sinus infection. If they rule out sinus infection as a cause, then i would see a dentist.

Yes, but: Yes, but you should be evaluated. See an oral surgeon who can take an xray and make a diagnosis and prescribe antibiotics if sinusitis.
