Yes you should be.: Purging (self- induced emesis) is very unhealthy. Do not know the site for your bleeding. It is important that you are honest with your physician about your purging and your bleeding. You need a comprehensive medical evaluation -& likely a psychiatric assessment as well. For more than minor bleeding, please seek urgent care.
