My dog bit me when I took the hair clip from his mouth. There's no blood but just a red mark and one small scratch. Should I be worried?

Just clean and watch: Dog bites can become infected. Make sure you clean the scratch well and watch it for signs and symptoms of infection. Those are swelling, heat, redness, pain and pus.
