Oral surgery. 10 days after 3rd molar extractions. got stitches. is it common to see pinkish or specks of blood in saliva from time to time after rinsing mouth after i eat. don't eat sharp foods, no straw, don't smoke. worried i disturbed a clot?

This is a normal situation after third molar extractions. You are following all the post op instructions and not disturbing the clot which after 10 days is still intact. The specks of blood will disappear after the sutures are removed.
