Typical testing regimen for HIV is at 1 month (more than 28 days) and 6 months. If either is positive, you will be offered medications that reduce the viral load in your bloodstream. You should talk to your Dr about using PrEP while you are waiting for results, and even if they come back negative. These prophylactic meds can prevent HIV infection during high risk encounters.

Even if your partner has HIV, the chance you caught it is almost zero. The CDC calculation of risk for the oral partner from unprotected fellatio (penile-oral sex) is around once for every 10,000 exposures. That's equivalent to performing oral on infected males (anatomically) once daily for 27 years before it is likely you would be infected. The blood you observed does not increase that low risk.
