Not likely: Pain in the upper extremities such as jaw/neck does not usually refer from a lower area like the abdomen. If you believe that you have indigestion then try some peptobismol to see if it makes a difference with your jaw/neck pain. See your dentist to have your jaw checked. Sometimes TMJ problems can refer pain to the jaw or neck.

Careful: Pain from angina (ischemia to heart muscle) can fell like indigestion. Also can occur in the arms, shoulders, neck, jaw, throat, or back. I'd recommend an MD exam ASAP.
