I have inflammed lymphnodes, in my groin and i think i'm getting them around my jaw line and neck, what could be the cause of this i don't feel sick?

Infection?: Lymph nodes are part of the system that helps fight infections. If they are swollen, tender, red or warm, you should be checked. If they are just swollen, it can be normal in certain individuals, due to mild infections that the body has taken care of, or due to shaving, acne, rashes, etc. If they are hard and not going away or are getting larger, you need to be evaluated as soon as possible.
