Safe, not guaranteed: As much as we like to think so, unfortunately there are no guarantees in medicine. The safest, most reliable, and least noticeable way to remove the mole would be a simple excision done by a surgeon (ideally a plastic or facial plastic surgeon). It could be done using a local anesthetic in the office. Good luck.
