Excisional Biopsy: Go to your primary physician to have removed and sent to pathology for diagnosis. If unchanged, <0.5 cm, regular in borders, shape & symmetry, then it is probably benign. It could also be a skin tag (achrochordon) among other things. Best not to remove yourself as you could have a higher risk of complication that way.
