Hello. i have a mole on my neck. it's very small and it sticks out and you can wiggle it. i heard that if you try to pop it like a pimple it will bleed. i've had it or years. how can i get rid of it?

See MD: This may require a biopsy but it may be a skin tag.

Excisional Biopsy: Go to your primary physician to have removed and sent to pathology for diagnosis. If unchanged, <0.5 cm, regular in borders, shape & symmetry, then it is probably benign. It could also be a skin tag (achrochordon) among other things. Best not to remove yourself as you could have a higher risk of complication that way.

Dermatologist: Would see a skin doctor to evaluate it and see if it needs removal.
