Many possibilities: A doc can freeze, cauterize, clip, or burn off a 'mole' (or more commonly, a skin tag) at the base of the neck. Depending on the lesion, you may need help from a physician or dermatologist to evaluate and remove it, in case it is not actually a 'mole.'
