My right arm and leg/foot (mostly my leg) suddenly went numb/lost sensation (no tingling) and afterwards I got a pounding headache that lasted two days, with no other symptoms. The headache is now long gone but I still feel numb, any idea of causes?
What would cause cold toes? I can wear two pairs of socks & a pair of fluffy socks & my toes will still be cool to the touch 2 hours later. No color change ever but they do get easily numb. My feet stay a normal temperature, its just the toes?
