Let me explain: There two possible ways to get numbness in both l hand and foot in the same time. 1-you some problem partially compressing your spinal cord in the neck area more on the left side. 2_possible two problems in the same time one effecting the arm and other effecting the foot(nerve problems) which unusual. Go and check it out.
