Hello, for the past two days ive been waking up in the middle of the night breathless and feeling numbness in hands and feet. i recently had an ekg and labs done and everything came back great according to the dr. what could this be ?

Difficult to say. If this persists you will need a good clinical exam. Ekg and labs do not diagnose such symptoms- an exam can. Good luck.

Do I have excess adrenaline? Feet and hands easily cold, even with little activity, heart races, strong bounding pulse all the time. Ekg ok. Labs ok.

Breathlessness, nausea, lightheadedness. Breathlessness is worse while laying on left hand side. Ecg's have come out good. Any ideas?
