Not likely: Johns123, it sounds like something you need to have checked out by a physician. Based on the symptoms and signs you have described it could be several things. Eczema typically does not secrete clear fluid, nor does dermatitis. Yeast is a possibility but you still need to rule out other things such as herpatic lesions especially if there is pain associated with the rash.
