My bf has a few (5 or 6) bumps on his arm. they look like mosquito bites but they don't itch. they are in one place. he has no fever what could it be?

See dbelow: They could be mosquito bites or flea bites or some dermatitis. Bed bug bites are less likely as only on the arm. Doesn't sound like scabies or lice. They'll probably disappear in a few days.
