My son has a rash and iam woundering what it is? the rash is inside of the skin, there is no bumps or welts, it itches and burns. there is no fever or nausea, no votming

There : There are many conditions that can cause a rash that appears to be inside or "under" the skin. If it is itching or burning, you would need to be concerned about some type of contact he had, such as an allergan. It could also be several different skin conditions, such as eczema, or could be the result of an infection. I am glad he has no fever or vomiting. If he developed those symptoms he would have to be seen immediately. As it is itching and burning though, i would urge you to take him to his doctor for an evaluation.
