HIV is hard to get: Yes. Of course. The symptom you describe says nothing about possible hiv. You have been tested three times and have no new exposures. You do not have hiv. This thing on your tongue is something else.

Can not be sure.: The best test for HIV is the blood test. Patients with HIV and aids can have a long list of signs and symptoms.
