I have had a sore (lesion) on the right side of my tongue for over 6 months now, overgrown papillary white inside this lesion, try to scrap them off but they keep returning, lesion not healing. body aches & pain. neg 4 gen hiv test fr a 10mths expose?

Any sore(lesion) or growth like you have described needs to be checked by a dentist or a head/Neck specialist who will likely biopsy it or excise it completely. It could be Leucoplakia(Precancer) and it is best to get it removed by a surgeon.
