Sleep: Different people need different amounts of sleep. His mind may race and he cannt shut it off. Visual imagery may hekp him (m. Garth starbrite is a great book). Massaging his feet for a few minutes may also help him and deep breathing...Slow inhale hold 3 seconds and exhale hold 3 seconds- also calms the body and may help him fall asleep faster.
