Healthy lifestyle: You are most likely to reach your tallest potential height by following a healthy diet, getting appropriate sleep & and remaining physiclly active.Nothing you eat or drink will add inches & normal kids who get hormone injections just get to their final height quicker, it would not add to final height. You can stunt your growth by the opposite, poor diet/sleep/inactivity can all take a toll.

Yes: Height is a genetic and environmentally determined characteristic of human beings. Proper sleep, exercise and nutrition may have a positive effect on health and as a consequence, on height. Adult height will normally be intermediate to the mother's and father's. Also, as a general rule adult height can be estimated by doubling a child's height at age 2.

Mom and dad: Depends on height of mom and dad and family history. Certainly good nutrition is important but no food or exercise will alter your child's height. In the presence of good nutrition, the height was determined at conception.
