Likely 'yes': This is of course trying to predict the future, but most girls begin their growth spurt(s) a few years before onset of periods and will continue for some years afterward. It is very unusual for a female to continue gaining in height after age 16. Good wishes.

Can't say: Since you did not provide her present age, or years since menses, potential for growth is unknown.Girls usually grow 2-3 inches after 1st menses, but stop when their growth centers fuse.This is usually 16-17.
