Exercise, eat, sleep: Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do to increase height. Eat healthy natural foods (containing little of: sugar, simple starches, animal fat).

Some things to try:: Our height is mostly determined by our genes so your ability to influence this is limited, but a healthy diet, good sleep (esp. Before midnite) and exercise may help. There are several specific strategies that can increase your production of human growth hormone. Healthy lifestyle: You are most likely to reach your tallest potential height by following a healthy diet, getting appropriate sleep ; and remaining physically active.Nothing you eat or drink will add inches to their final height. You can stunt your growth by the opposite, poor diet/sleep/inactivity can all take a toll.At a listed age of 20, your growth centers are likely closed and you are finished growing taller.

you can't affect it: Essentially it is genetic driven. Just eat a sensible balanced diet and do what exercises/sports you enjoy.
