Yoga: Yoga is the perfect exercise for you. It helps you stretch and relaxes at the same time. You need to eat lots of fruits and vegetables with folate (folic acid) like green leafy vegetables such as kale and spinach. Also, eat nuts, seeds, beans, whole grains, and wild alaskan salmon. If you don't eat all these foods properly, your doctor will probably recommend a prenatal vitamin as well with extra folate (folic acid).

Non-contact sports: You may participate in any con-contact sports, though low impact exercise like walking, swimming will be better. Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, low fat milk products, beans, legumes, lentils; limit intake of saturated fats, no tobacco nor alcohol.

Healthy food & sport: At this point there are not many limits on your activity. Continue to exercise if you have been doing so. If you are new, then ease into it. Now is not the time to start a new vigorous physical regimen. Yoga is great preparation for childbirth. Eat a well balanced diet and make sure to take prenatal vitamins, omega 3 dha, avoid raw meat and fish, soft cheeses, deli meats, and large fish.

Healthy diet : You should eat a well-balanced healthy diet that you have discussed with your physician. As far as sports, any non-contact sport will be ok. However, walking, jogging, swimming are all good and don't cost anything. Congratulations!
