Sports/ exercise: I agree w dr. Davis. The following sports are considered safe w mild to moderate hemophilia: archery, aquatics, elliptical machine, stationary bike, frisbee, golf, hiking, tai chi, swimming & walking. Heavy exertion, power lifting & contact sports are not recommended. With this said, it is imperative to discuss sports w your child's physician who knows him best. For a more complete listing of >>>.
