Go see an Oncologist: It looks like you have advanced case of colon cancer. There is fairly good treatment for this type of cancer. But you need to find a medical oncologist and consult him/her for further treatment right away.

Colonoscopy showed an area of mild congested mucosa in recto-sigmoid colon. Does it sound like ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease?
