Possible: Osteomyelitis is a bacterial infection of bone. Although most infections in the sinuses can access and drain, unless there was some trauma past or present in the area, it would be uncommon for a true osteomyelitis to occur. There are tests that can make a better determination, more likely a ent.

Yes by extension: Infection starts in paranasal sinuses and infects contiguous bone causing secondary osteomyelitis.
