Have nosebleed in left nostril 1-2 a week now, 3-4 times this week. Not gushing but bleeding. I do have clear & thick sticky white mucus with bad post nasal drip., worried about worse case outcomes. Ideas on what it could be?

Should I be worried about frequent nosebleeds that bleed only from the left nostril ? Because whenever I try to clean it out with a tissue, it starts bleeding. Is this something I should be worried about ?
I have constant nose bleeds from my right nostril, but at the moment its not bleeding but if i blow my nose there is blood.
