Should i be worried about frequent nosebleeds that bleed only from the left nostril ? because whenever i try to clean it out with a tissue, it starts bleeding. is this something i should be worried about ?

See below: Try using an emollient in the opening of the nose, do not go too deep, Do not try to clean the nose too hard, you are not giving the affected area chance to heal.
