Nosebleed started right nostril then both started bleeding 5 minutes later im not common for nosebleeds what cud it be?

Not long term danger: Nosebleeds can occur spontaneously when the nasal membranes dry out and crack. This is common in dry climates. People are more susceptible to a bloody nose if they are taking medications like Ibuprofen (advil/motrin). The short list of causes: infection; trauma-picking; allergic/nonallergic rhinitis; hypertension, medication, alcohol; inherited bleeding problems.
