Get: Tested to see what cause is like a nerve conduction study. If it all toes then its not likey you have a neuroma. I suggest you consult with neurologist.

Neuropathy: Although there can be a lot of reasons for numbness to your feet, having numbness to both feet can come from menopause (assuming your age and gender are correct from the history above). There can be other causes of your neuropathy associated with back issues, other medical ailments, alcoholism, etc. Hope this helps.
