My report-please explain is this normal?, i am trying to conceive from sept 2020 ,i took blood test in feb 2021. amh-3.49 fsh-7.02 lh-6.63 prolactin-22.72 tsh-4.090?

While most results are within normal range, the LH of 6.63 is elevated (unless you were pre-ovulatory when the test was taken). This may indicate non-ovulatory cycles, if ovulation is not occurring. See a fertility specialist if attempts at pregnancy have been unsuccessful for a year or so.
