You need a proper : Workup for my pts in boca raton, fl, I do a culture that can check for as many bacteria as i want on one culture as the exact cause of your BV may not be getting diagnosed and would also do an ultrasound to make sure discharge is not coming form the endometrium( chronic endometritis) and u may need an in office hysteroscopy and endo bx and u should be taking a good multi vit and acidolphilus pill.
