Confusion : You are confused and mixing several issues together: if you don't have HIV infection and you are clean, yourself and your partner, so no point of thinking about HIV cells being 'activated' by BV or Yeast infection, no such thing by the way, even in HIV patients, be careful reading about a complex disease as HIV. As for your recurrent BV and yeast infection, better follow up with your gynecologist
