Finish: If you're referring to your pills prescribed to you to cure your BV then yes absolutely. You should ALWAYS finish prescription medications for infections otherwise you have not had an adequate course long enough to kill all the bacteria and leave you bacteria free and healthy. So YES!!!

BV: You might be referring to Bacterial Vaginosis. Not sure what the pill is, but please follow your doctor's instructions.
