Fear: I don't like to define people by a diagnosis.The symptom you are experiencing is known as paranoia.Being paranoid is thinking that you are in danger.Our brain is quite primitive and behaves as it did 50 thousand years ago.When it picks up danger it causes us to fight or flee.Thinking someone is following you is more about you feeling threatened in your life and finding out why is key.
