Daughter just found bony bump behind ear. hard smaller then a bb. pcp says no lymph nodes thinks cartilage. bone spur? no xrays done. i'm worried??

Not sure: Since it is smaller than a BB it is probably nothing to worry about. X rays are not likely to show much in this area. Just keep an eye on it and if it should start getting larger, then ask again for an evaluation. Meanwhile, ask her not to rub or mess with it (or you either!) Just check once a week or so.
