It's normal: Femoral anteversion and internal tibial torsion are normal variants that almost always go away without any treatment. I have never treated any of my patients with corrective shoes, bars, pt or other similar treatments. The work of lynn staheli (http://www.Youtube.Com/watch?V=kzyikwwjn8e) has demonstrated that it doesn't help. If you feel uncomfortable, get a second opinion.
