An xray shows fractured the tibia tip. the xray shows tip is gone & bone is ragged straight across. why did a dr say xray was normal if tip is gone?

Hard to say: There are multiple reasons doctors may differ in their interpretation of an X-ray. It might have been an oversight, it might have been seen and not felt to be significant so it was not mentioned by one physician. I would discuss this with your treating physician.
